At KBS Golf Shafts, we want to ensure you achieve maximum performance on the course. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and uninstalled products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our KBS customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the uninstalled shafts in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to KBS
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in new, resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
